Flowerhorn disease?

I noticed yesterday that my flowerhorn has what looks like some kind of white spot or something that he has never had on his head before and im just curious what it is.

Very hard to tell from the picture, could be early stages of HITH.

Well, I'm 15 and am just learning the basics of flowerhorns myself. I don't even own one yet. But I would guess female??? I am GUESSING but wth.
