Hello my flowerhorn has had bumps on his head which I've been treating with large water changes and metroplex as well as salt and stress guard. They went away but slowly came back and They have gotten worse and one of these bumps is open and appears to be red and bloody and there's small piece of skin hanging off his head. can someone identify what is wrong and explain what I gotta do to treat this. I thought i was dealing with hexemita but now im not sure and am willing to try/do anything to help him. He's still eating and I've been adding the metroplex both to food and directly to the water column. I included 2 pictures as well if more pictures are needed or information just say the word. Im getting water ready now to do an 80% water change for him. Thank you for any responses I love this fish and have had him well over a year. He's in a 65 gallon with some sand and a 20 gallon sump.

What’s ur water levels before the 80% water change? Soak food in a vitamin solution and feed. I’d dose some kanamycin and furan2.

What like my parameters? I make all his water from rodi water i make here at home so it should be decent quality comes out the filter under 5TDS. and remineralise to 8.1gh, 8.1kh, 7.6pH. I only have strips to test the nitrate but just looking at it the nitrates they seem to be as high as 20 but not higher than 30
