I got 2 juvenile flowerhorn frys, they're only about 1". I was wandering if i feed them color enchancing pellets like chingmix, sumo, and hikari gold would it naturally boost their colors or chemically do something to them. And also if i stopped feeding them these pellets would the colors go away?

i dunno about other products, but grand sumo will naturally entrance your flowerhorn's color, it didn't use pigments, but nutrients from fish, algaes, etc to naturally boost the color of your fish. If you stop feeding the color enhancing pellets, colors will back to normal.
the color of your fish will not disappear if u stop feedin him enhancers, its just that these enhancers act as a catalyst to bring out the color or hump of the fish .Just feed him well and take care of hi so that it gets all the nutrients required.
cheers

It really falls down into what kind of color your really trying to promote here. If it is a red coloration, a lot of great results proven with GSR(Grand Sumo Red) with a variety treat of krills/prawns/market shrimps. CM is not a bad choice either, but if it's for red coloration...there are better stuff out there. Hai Feng super color with the Red BP on the bottle seems to be great stuff for FH. Uses by a lot of FH hobbyist out there to promote better red coloration and recommended a lot by those who uses them. I have yet to try those myself...
