Flowerhorn fry with Hexamita?

I’ve bought a flowerhorn on eBay that was very active to start but as days went on he got scared and hadn’t fed him until today I did a 50% water change as I saw white stringy poop all over the tank. I had watch videos and it seems to be HITH. Can flowerhorn fry get HITH. Please help!?!?!

Yes, I'd say being a cichlid its safe to assume it can get HITH.
