hello please help me.. my fish is having finrot.... i have tetracycline tablets... but i dont know in what proporyion should i add it.... please help me....

also read the back of the box. it tells you how to dose.
also also, clean water and salt, that's all you need for fin rot unless its fungal.

You have a FH in a 13 gallon tank for 1.5 years and you only change the water every 2 weeks? Is that a joke?
No wonder the fish has fin rot. Theres no way your parameters are in check in that tank, and considering you didn't list them I'm guessing you can't check them either.
upgrade your tank or rehome the fish.
