Flowerhorn having weird anus

There is something hanging out of my flowerhorn anus which am not sure if normal or any complication. He is around four inches and eats well and is active too. Can someone pls help me verify if this is a problem

I am pretty sure its a he
i mixed few crystals of epsom salt and some flaggyl (contains metro) with a mashed pellet and gave him and he gobbled it up last night..but no improvement even today mornning..he was having this condition since the day i purchased him which was like 20 days ago
