Hey guys ever since the temperature has been gettin warmer my flowerhorn has been gettin very very aggressive. If anyone goes near his tnak he will flip out. Also he has been jumping and hitting the top of the tank. Anyone know why he is doing this. Could he just be ttryin to get his reflection in the water?

100 gal and i dont have a heater int he tank its just been hot where i live the past few days. The lowest its been all ady is pribably 85 the hottest is 102 out side

No heater is safe. Warmer water make them more active. Your fish is just active and aggressive. It's just his nature. I love fishes like that.

Mine is always jumping up and hitting the top also and my temp is only 79.
