whatever it is, from those photos it looks like it may be female but would need a better vent shot to be sure. Was 'she' just placed in the tank? She looks a bit stressed, it could just be the lighting too.

it's a half moon 30g and doesn't have the best lighting,some leds.do you think the tank is too small for now-it's 3in

Not a blue dragon IMO. Change the gravel colors, it darkens the fish too much. ZZ silk base...

good idea! I did that and here it is.It does have the blue silk color.
