Welcome to MFK! Looks to be a double row ZZ flowerhorn mix. I would lean towards female due to black dorsal but the Papillae looks to be male Pointed and back

You posted this in the photo of the month section. You should have posted this in the cichlid/hybrid section.
Anyways. It's very difficult to tell by pictures what sex your flowerhorn is. They have big kok females, males with dorsal spots, all signs can be mixed. Venting and or seeing it lay eggs is the only way to be 100% sure.
