Hi I recently bought a flowerhorn. Unsure with breed, sex and age. Have been told it could be a male zz flowerhorn. Would just like more opinions. Thanks !

He looks young a guess maybe 4-6months. male zz flowerhorn looks accurate but it also looks similar to some flowerhorn I’ve seen advertised as Indo cencu flowerhorn.

it looks like a kamfa mix, because of the thick and worm-like pearls. zz or srd rarely have pearls like that, unless those quality ones from thailand, but their srd breeds are from kamfa genes too.
yours might possibly be a female.
