Flowerhorn ID-Type of Thai Silk?

Just really liked the look of this guy, especially the almost clear edges to the fins. Does anyone know what this most likely is so I know if this is how he is going to continue to look or if I should expect some fading? Thanksuploadfromtaptalk1411643161224.jpg

Picked this one up from Shark Aquarium. George said last time he had one similar it ended up fading to be a jet black body with bright yellow fins. Even if it doesn't do that it should be interesting to see the final result.
 
I believe it is male, but is there anything in the picture that would say otherwise.

Again, thank you for all of the information you can provide. I want to give this fish the best conditions I can.
 
If you sell let me know. Nohing's wrong with him. He either fades or stay that way.
 
when you say more fading do you mean it is going to get darker or is the blue going to come out more?
i love look of this fish and can't wait to see the end result
