Flowerhorn ID

I posted this on my other post, but it occurred to me that if I want answers, I should probably make its own thread. So, here it is!

I have a flowerhorn named Mercy. He/she is about 3 inches long, and I have no idea what type of flowerhorn it is, or what his/her sex is. So, without further ado, here is Mercy!

It's a fader. I'd say female due to the rounded fins, but it's really too young to tell so don't take my word for it.

I do agree with you about it being a fader, however sexing hybrids by fins isn't reliable.

If I had to guess, I'd say male.

I've been calling her a "she", so hopefully she's either a girl, or deaf. I'd hate to get pwned by my fish for calling him a girl.
