Ok so I just got an 80 gallon tank and it came with 8 African cichlids Wich I'm getting rid of, a bp and a flowerhorn the guy I baught it from had no clue what it was buy I new right away it was flowerhorn strain I'm not so good at yet but looks as to me I think it's too young though let me know what u guys think
He's almost 2 inches with tail and shows signs of kok so I'm thinking he has good kok genes

Ok so now that I know it IS a zz red dragon when does the red come in? I see a lil bit on the gills, I measured him also and he is an inch and a half without tail so 2" max

The red really depends on the grade of fh bro. You have just normal red dragons..then you have the super reds...all depends on genetics. Just feed him quality food and see. I have seen blood red coloration on 3inch fh

Bought it for 27.99 lol from pm he's very time barely 2 in and has more of a kok then my last kml
And he didn't get sign of a kok till 3in so this guy will definitely grow a bigger one right? Here's my kml at 2 inches then 5inches
