flowerhorn in farms!

how do flowerhorns get huge humps in farms (flowerhorn farms) how is it possible for them to get great humps on their flowerhorns but i have seen many videos which show flowerhorn farms with out any mirror , parrot fish etc etc etc ......... pls reply quickly

probably because they have continuous flow of water so no need for build up of toxins?
