Hello everyone and thanks for taking your time to help. So today I noticed my flowerhorn has been up at the top of the tank. He eats fine and is his normal self when he thinks hes going to be fed. After that he usually goes to the top and stays. When he goes to swim I notice him flashing on a large, smooth piece of driftwood. He's scratching towards his face area. He was also twitching and swimming frantically doe a short period. After he flashes he opens and closes his mouth fast. No sig s of ich, find rot etc. He is 5 inches and is in a 70 gallon tank by himself. I've had him for a month eating 4 kinds of flowerhorn food by okiko and also frozen bloodworms. Going right now to check water quality. Already did a 20% water change after I noticed behavior today and a 10% 3 days ago.
