Flowerhorn is really sick D: Please Help!

Hi Everyone!
My flowerhorn has been sick for three days and he is progressively getting worse.
I am not sure what to do since he has never been THIS sick >.<

His Symptoms:
- There are white spots on his pectoral, caudal (fin), and dorsal fin (they look like salt, but puffy/cottony looking)
I am very sorry about the blurriness u.u"

- His head (the bulgey part at the top) is white; it looks like a blanket of fungus or the fungus is eating away his skin

The pics are blurry but I can tell you he has ich, get some ich guard or some other type of fungus cure & some aquarium salt. Do a water change, add the fungus cure and salt per instructions on the box/bottle, it also wouldn't hurt to bump his temp up.
