From last 3 days my flowerhorn was not eating something happen near his gills a black spot is there and now my flowerhorn is turning blackish in colour and his belly is also swallow.... Plz hlp me what to do

Doctor told there is less chance of living.... Now there is an hole in his stomach and blood is coming out of it and it's staying at bottom only his belly is full of worms there are trying to come out..... He can stay maximum of 3 4 days.....
