Flowerhorn not eating

I️ have a srd flowerhorn I️ went on vacation and my father watched after the fish and overfed him when I️ came home the tank was cloudy and food all over anyways the flowerhorn is bloated and won’t eat it’s veen 4 days he has white stringy poop and maybe hole I️. The head I️ tried using general cure and Epsom salt and still no results any ideas what I️ should do ?

Stop attempting to feed for a while and do plenty of water changes. He should be fine after a few days.

He started getting this red on his stomach the past couple days any idea what I️t is or what I️ should do

You need to treat him with antibiotics ASAP. It could be septicemia. My FH had it and I treated it using "fin and body cure API" from petsmart. It contains Doxycyline hydrate. Don't feed him anymore. Use Epsom salt, increase temp up, 25% water change.
