This is the current condition of my flowerhorn pet. My flowerhorn has not eaten a single thing in 10 days apart from that if you carefully observe it you will see that my flowerhorn is getting hiccups (or something like that). For medicine, someone has suggested us to keep water temperature exactly at 28 degree Centigrade and suggested us two medicines bactinol and paracidol. We have been doing 40% water change daily and have been giving him medicines. Can someone please help me with this. I am really worried for my fish. (Apart from that he had skin peeling issue from which he has recovered now this had happened a week ago)

Unfortunately, when a Cichlid goes on an extended hunger strike there are really only three possibilities, none of which are good.
Intestinal parasites, bacterial infection or Bloat, which eventually leads to an intestinal bacterial infection.
You might try to entice the FH to eat live foods. Then feed food laced with antibiotics.
Medications dosed into the water column don't usually cure gut infections. Medicated foods are the best option if the affected fish continues to eat.
