flowerhorn pair living together?

hello all been a while,

i got 2 female flower horns the other day and one of them has quite a hump for a female. i put her immediately with the male that has a large hump and after watching them interact through an egg crate divider i decided to let them be together. surprisingly them didnt fight at all. this was yesterday and all day they havent fought i think the female might me too small to breed but the guy said she had laid eggs so i do not know why she hasnt begun to breed but they are perfect together and i was just wondering if i could keep them together indefinately?

Maybe or maybe not.. Just keep an eye on them and have that divider ready. I currently have a pair undivided for the last 3 weeks... so far just some rough love, no beatings yet;) lol good luck
