So I've been trying REALLY hard to document everything I do with my flowerhorns. I feel thats its especially important with flowerhorns because if I ever need to backtrack I have something to fall back on. Also with flowerhorns (at least mine) I don't know the specific geneology of the fish before I got them. Heres some pics and some vids of what I have...
My female from Thailand...She's small but fierce, she definitely tries to boss the male around. They bonded, then she laid only maybe 50 eggs. To me, she was laying and he wasn't fertilizing so she stopped. Eventually she ate those eggs and I bonded him with a different female I have. I now have them back together trying to get a spawn.

My male from Thailand. He's grown up with me and he's turning into a little tank. Sometimes he acts so uninterested in females it worries me. But now that he has a spawn under his belt I feel much better about him.

A Vid of them messing around...Apparently I'm limited to 1 vid per post so I'll post a couple others afterwards.

This is the female that I bonded with him after the first pairing didn't work out. I already knew she was fertile and at this point I was starting to have doubts that he was. They bonded and spawned within days of meeting each other, without a divider. I now have their fry growing out in a seperate tank.

You can see I slowly had to add stuff for cover because they've already started chasing each other around. You can't see in these pics but 1/2 of them have kind of an electric blue hue to them, might be the lighting might not be. I love this spawn, I'm slowly but surely turing into a flowerhorn enthusiast whereas before I started of being a purist.
More vids to come, I actually have a new pair that I'm growing out as well...
