It's a ZZ, and not sure whether a female or male due to its stressed dark colors and skinniness.
Change out the black gravel and background to something brighter(plant background with natural gravel is bright enough) and it will brighten up in color and improve much more. Unlike most other fish, FHs HATE black or dark surroundings.

well...i can't bring myself to put a bunch of funky colors and swap out sand i just spent 50 bucks on. i have another tank that he's more than likely going to go in once i get rid of the steindechneri fry. only difference on that tank is brown sand.
his colors are actually much brighter than the video shows. my camera is crap but it's what i have right now.
