Can I put two flowerhorn together in the same tank? they both are at 2.5". Have anyone have sucess keeping two in the same tank?

repost this in the hybrid section, and maby very slim chance but when they get around 3-4 inch then they will prolly kill eachother
In just a little time they will get into each other unless you have a very huge tank and other inhabitants with them.

It's all trial & error.. Some flowerhorns can tolerate tankmates while others are just mean killing machines..
Like tiddlywinks said, starting from 4" you should be able to see their behaviour change for the more aggressive fh..
Get a tank divider ready in case that happens..

It depends on the FH. Usually no, they are aggressive with each other. When you are breeding them you even have to use a divider so they get used to each other. Blood parrots usually do well with FH's. But I doubt two in the same tank will get along.
