FLOWERHORN SICK,,,HELP I HAVE GOOD PICS

i need to know what this is , at first it looked like ich then over two days turned into this
when i got back from a 2 day vac im treating the tank with some stuff(pics below)

ive used the products as directed....even the corona.......ive done 2 water changes...50% my temp is 80f
its 70 gallon the ph is at 7.5
i have a fluval 404
a power head aqua clear 30
80 watt heater
any tips would help on any of these paramiters
he is alone in the tank

i drank the corona by the way and now im on to some kokanee
trying to feel better about my fish and its hopes of survival....sniffle..sniffle....jk..jk
any know what the deal is with this flowerhorn i would love it if he suvives as i spent a bit of coin on him

i would just bump the temp a bit add salts and keep up on water changes daily, never used meds in my tanks and ive never had bad problems

ok this morning i see no replies and my fish is still the same
i have used the meds as stated above and the temp is now at 84f
is this a good temp?
i honesly dont think he will make it unless there is a miracle
could someone help please?

Gradually bump the temp up to 86 and keep doing frequent water changes. If your fh is still eating then try soaking its food in garlic juice, it will help its immune system.

k ill bump up the temp but he is not eating
i seen him eat about 3 - 4 days ago
today he was moving around a bit more but he still hangs near the surface in the sam corner of the tank

try offering him some earth worms they are high in protein and fish love them maybe that will get him to eat other wise just do what the other people salt ad raise the temp

this is the best advice anyone can give you. just remember that it is 1 teaspoon per 10 gallon of water for the salt ratio I believe. It will take some time, but hopefully he starts eating soon as well.

thanks for the advise man but i tried that cause thats part of my aro and ckf diet
but he dont like em
ive only ever seen him eat a feeder because thats all the previous owner ever fed him(so bad for the fish but he looked ok) i have 3 little feeders that ive quaratined for 2 months and fed protien and bloodworms
when i tried the worm i thought he ate it until i saw it floating the next day...it was al ittle chewed but the feeders could have done that
he is in this tank all alone besides 3 little feeders and he wont take pellets worms or super worm or blood worm or brine shrimp ive tried it all
but im going to keep my hopes up
