Flowerhorn Sold as Ram?? ID Please

Rams are small. That thing you have, it's a baby that I recon is going to get pretty large :)

Really didn't want another huge fish but I'll try to beef him up and see what happens.. Just did some research and it says that its kinda hard to tell trimac from flowerhorn possibly still flower horn ??
 
Could be either, so many hybrids around. What fish to do you have it with. What sized tank?
 
My vote is on the flowerhorn like you said. To assume trimac from someone who originally mislabled it is a bit of a long shot imo. Grow him out and keep us posted!!
 
That being a true Trimac is very unlikely. It's a low grade Flowerhorn and I have one just like that. They call it that because it looks too much of a Trimac and no good hump gene.
