I was told when I bought "her" she was a Red Dragon Female. Bastard fish confirmed "she" is a Red Dragon zz. (Thank you :) )

Question 1. Could this by any chance be a male? "she" is showing some genetalia which looks like all my male fishes "stuff". I know she has the coloring in her fins which a majority of the times indicates a female. I snapped a pic that shows "her" stuff

Question 2. Could she be getting a double row of flowers? Her coloring is just intensifying and it looks to me like blue outlines are beginning to show. This is my first fully created FH and I am so curious for her to grow so I can see if she gets even more beautiful (to me)

Thanks so much!!

I included a pic of my home grown flowerhorn (was a mix of a FH/Red Devil and a Texas)

No. It is a female. The genital photo is clearly that of a female.

I don't know, sorry. But it is a very nice fish.

Thank you, I am really glad it is a female.....that is what I wanted when I got her.

Not that I would be too disappointed she only cost me $15.00, I could go back and pick up another for that price.

Whatever patterns you see there right now is it. You will not see much more of a difference but colors. I see a light double row.

I got her from craigslist. A guy had bought about 60 fry (not sure from where, he had them shipped in) and he was picking the ones he wanted a total of (5) five, then selling the rest.

I had emailed him a few days ago and he was waiting for the second batch to get about 4". I will let you know as soon as he emails me back that they are ready. He lives in La mesa.
