FYI this is only for like 4 days
I have a flowerhorn 3inches at the pet store and wen I had for a little less than a week he has not been like how he was at the pet store he chased after my finger and stuff he was in a 10 gallon as well and only reason I got him without preping his 65 gallon was because the guy who runs the place wanted me to buy it now atm he just chills behind the filter the tank is 80 degrees

New tank, new view, new vibrations. Not unusual. Do you have decor?

It could be high ammoia im gonna do another water change tank is cycled for like months

So your tank is not cycled? He could be feeling crappy because of the ammonia burn. Hard to be yourself when your gills are burning out.

Isn't the tank on the floor. Many fish will feel threatened with overhead motion, basically just survival instinct to avoid being eaten by birds or other predators.

it is I noticed tht with other fish wen I kept them on the floor then elevated them completely new fish He will be in a tank on a stand soon do u reccommend 60 gallon 4×12 or 65 gallon 3×18 for him

So, had the fish only under a week, uncycled 10 gallon on the floor, and it is heated with a red light above the tank right? Get the fish into a suitable setup asap, and then give it a few weeks to recover. I bet it will come around.
I would also just get a 75 gallon, that's really the bare minimum for a flowerhorn unless it is a shortbody. In my opinion at least.

My opinion is that a 3'x18" footprint is a better option. My logic on this is that a 3'x18" gives 648 sq in. of space while a 4' x 12" is 576 sq in.so the shorter tank has more actual space for the fish.

Edit: as Gourami Swami Gourami Swami stated a 75g would be a better option in the long run.

I understand but I couldnt get a 75 I possibly could upgrade in the future

Bro it's 100% the size of the tank I have 2. a kamfa and a KML the kml is in a 150 and the kamfa in a 40 gallon breeder atm. the kml swims around like he owns the place sometimes but he also can be skittish and gets scared easily, he still has to get used to it. I got him 3 weeks ago now so it will take some time. The little kamfa I got 1 week ago now and he's a crazy speedy little guy who comes right up to me when i enter the room and eats out of my hand. it's the size of the tank. Younger Fh should be groomed in smaller tanks. I have the exact dimensions a breeder recommended for the size of the fish but I need to dig up the information. Kamfa are the hardest to groom. But as mentioned above in the end you want at least a 75 gallon tank for an adult.
