Hey all new member. How many of you keep multiple flowerhorns? I have 3 in my larger tank all about 6-7" in that tank is also a Convict, Green Severum and Blood parrot. What else do you guys keep with your Flower Horns. I am thinking of getting a Rio Grande Cichlid maybe another type of severum. I have a Super Red Texas and a thai silk in another tank. I love having a community tank with Flowerhorns and other medium to large New world Cichlids.

I just took my two Parrots out Friday night as my Flowerhorn who is now 6 inches went after them what seems like overnight. They used to be community and chase each other but suddenly my flowerhorn went crazy and started attacking in a way I never saw before. I immediately moved them to another tank and he has the tank all by himself now.
So I would watch out as things could change for the worst at any given moment. You could leave the house and come home to a bunch of murdered fish by the afternoon as your flowerhorn mentally snapped while you were gone.
