I am wondering if anyone has had any success keeping some kinds of smaller fast-swimming schooling fish in with these guys.
I recently aquired a pretty mellow laid-back and lazy flowerhorn (about 15") and put him in my 110. There are surviving feeder guppies that he hasn't even shown any kind of interest towards leftover from my bichir. (he hangs out in the drifwood work in my tank so it's nearly impossible for the FH to even get near him)
I'm just wondering what you guy's experiences with these guys and other fish are. I know alot of it has to do with the individual fish, and well, this guy isn't particularly agressive from what I've seen.
What have you had success with? What has become food/what get's ignored/what just plain gets harrassed?
