Is it compatiable to put a 8" FH with could of 1" FH?

What other fish that are compatiable with it for the long term?

Flowerhorns, like most big cichlids, are a case by case situation. You could try any number of combinations, but be sure to have a spare tank in case it dosen‘t work.

Honestly though, in my experience flowerhorns seem to do best as a solo fish and they show their potential best alone.

Use a divider and study how they respond to each other, even if they get along when the male gets big he may beat her up when he wants to breed and she isn't ready, at that point you will need a place she cam hide that he won't fit

anything that can fit in the flowerhorns mouth is a self explanatory no. If you want to house anything it has to be a lot of other fish that are just as aggressive or can defend themselves, or are rugged. Flowerhorns seem to be slightly timid when the tank is a little crowded. Also a lot of hiding spots and line of sight breaks throughout your setup would be good also.

My 6" sb fader female is in a 210 with polleni ,sb Texas, green terror and 4 berdmorei loaches. All is peaceful for the most part. Polleni gets chased and smacked up a little when he tries to go toe to toe but never any real damage. I think it is a case to case basis. Helps if you put all the fish in at the same time and grow them out together.

I keep mine with a common pleco to clean the glass

You have a good size male. If you have to have a tank mate, consider a smaller female with a divider raised so female can retreat to other side if threatened but male would be too big to get through. Don't know if you want to breed, but its a method that has worked for me. If the pair is compatible, you won't need a divider.
