Flowerhorn tumor?

My 15" Flowerhorn has developed what appears to be a tumor on his cheek. It almost looks like food is stuck in there. I only noticed it this morning and he doesn't seem to be eating... but he is acting normal in every other way. His water is changed weekly and he lives in an 80 gallon tank with a pleco. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated! I am new to this forum and will try to upload a picture! (One is of his normal side...)

Salt and clean water for now. Could be a tumor or lymphocytosis.

Thank you for asking. He is doing better. I treated the water with salt and tea tree oil and what ever that was is starting to heal. It did become an open sore/wound type spot. It almost resembled a pimple! He is eating, swimming and being as awnry as ever!
