Hello everyone, Yesterday I purchased a 2' fh from the lfs, I put him in the tank with a 3' red devil that I had purchased about 3weeks ago(wishful thinking), needless to say the rd put a beating on the fh so took the rd back to the lfs and purchased another fh to share a tank with fh#1. The new fh is about 1.5inches. Both flowers are very skiddish the larger one hides behind the driftwood all day and the smaller one hides behind the heater. Is this normal for these type of fish and how long before they loosen up?

Some can be like that for a bit, but you might want to check for parasites like ick which causes fish to do the same thing.
