I took a 8"+ red kamfa FH in on a trade an only could put him.in with a community tank of 2 pbass, 12" LF albino tiger Oscar, 15"+ marbled Pim and 2x 7"-8" L190 plecos. What should I worry about?

First of all how big is your tank? It sounds like you have a lot of fish and depending on your tank size, it might not be good to add another. Other than that, just make sure your flowerhorn doesn't pick on your other fish or vice versa. I don't know about you, but my flowerhorn is a bastard. He has killed a ton of my fish. If yours is like that than I would be worried. If not, it should be fine. Also with that many fish you will need to do constant water changes. I recommend changing your water once a day or once every other day, but that's just me. Good luck and message me if you need more advice, I am happy to help.
