Flowerhorn won't eat

I just bought this flowerhorn from a pet-store it was kinda banged up but since it was a flowerhorn I wanted it. So I bought it acclimated it and added it to the tank with the lights off. I noticed his poop was clear and stringy, it would just hang there for awhile. So i found out it had hex so I bought some meds and cleared it up. Since then ive tried feeding it beef heart, brine shrimp, blood worms and pellets he didn't touch any of them. So i read that if you up the temperature it'll start eating again, tried that didn't work. Yesterday I went out and bought 2dozen ghost shrimp and sure enough he ate them. That was the first time I saw him eat, then i put pellets in the tank today and he didn't even notice them. I don't know what to do, I do a partial water change every week. He hides all the time and he's showing black bars. I would also like to note he shares the tank with a red devil in a 55gal. Do i get rid of the red devil, it is significantly larger than him the red devil is about 8-9in.

THE RECIPE:
1. Metronidazole 0,250
2. Ciprofloxacin 0,5 (0,25)
3. Nystatin

TREATMENT TECHNIQUE:
Treatment is spent in the general aquarium
1 days.
In the evening substitution 30 - 40 % of aquarian water, are brought metronidazole - 1 tablet 0,250 on each 20 liters of aquarian water, Ciprofloxacin from calculation 1 гр. On 100 liters (the quantity of tablets depending on a preparation dosage, happens on 0,25 and on 0,5) and nystatin – 1 tablet on 50 liters of aquarian water.
In the morning to bring metronidazole - 1 tablet 0,250 on each 20 liters of aquarian water. Substitution of water not to make.

All next days.
The treatment technique is similar, described in 1 days.
Duration of course of treatment 5 – 10 days, depending on weight for-bolevanija, immunity and the general condition of small fishes.

Then allow to fishes couple of weeks to have a rest. Also it is desirable to repeat course of treatment to fix successful treatment. But it is not obligatory. (I the repeated course didn't spend)

Not seldom, when you take fish from an unknown source or in shop, it is sick on 60 %. Healthy fish adapts for 2-3 day and well eats. In this case if you consider that fish is healthy, don't feed her in general 1 week. Then start to give a qualitative forage small doses
Still to lift temperature and to strengthen aeration. Healthy FH from meal when won't refuse.
 
Alright thanks for clearing that up for me, i have metro. All the other stuff listed i need a prescription for and can't get it over the counter.
 
At an initial stage happens enough only Metronidazole. In Russia it is possible to buy medicines From races without the recipe.
