i got a second batch of fry (03 weeks old now ) from my flowwerhorn male and blood parrot and every 2 or 3 days i get some dead frys.
the water temp is 30 degrees celsius and i do a 20% water change every day.

Get a hang on the back filter and apply a large sponge to the intake. Place filter fiber or similar in place of the media that comes with the filter. That combo always works best for me. The sponge bubbler thing don't do justice for me. Feeding time you unplug the filter afterwards you plug it back in. It will instantly clean a bare bottom tank in no time. Less water changes also, when you're dealing with small fry. You take the sponge off the intake and clean then place back on. The filter fiber/polyester will hold bacteria needed for the tank, no need to clean that off. Not much will get through the sponge on the intake. The water flow from the filter might be powerful, just keep the water in your tank almost full. To have milder circulation instead of aggressive. Makes the fry stronger swimmers as well.
