Flowerhorn x Parrot question

I have kept back some of the FH x Parrot hybrids to grow out. I was curious if anyone knows if the males can be fertile or not? I have a few parrot shaped ones that I would like to breed back to the mother. Father is a standard ZZ and mother is a Santa Parrot.

Definitely mixed bag, think I'll raise them more to find a female to breed back to the dad. He is currently in breeding project with female SRM. See if any males are fertile of any will be. I am hoping the beak mouth one is male

Another question even though none have yet faded. Does it matter which female I pick to breed back to the dad? The one with the deformed mouth acts male and doesn't have the dark marking on the dorsal like typical females. Likely he will be sterile right?
