How big does my red parrot have to be in order to breed with my srd flowerhorn?

I'm assuming the BP is the female? The breeding tube is super tell tale with BP's

Depends on size and aggressiveness of male. My one blood parrot started laying eggs at 3" before she even faded. But another I have did start laying till now and she's 7"
