Flowerhorns lip red from too much biting

Male Flowerhorns lips turned a pink color today probably from biting the rocks as pre spawning behavior, he is currently housed with a female for breeding so far they were not lip locking.
What can i do to make him recover faster?

My jags done same but fighting , small does of aqua salt and melafix , plenty of oxygen does the trick done it few times
