To receive a refund, ALL the following criteria MUST be met:
* The fish must have died prior to delivery. If a fish dies after the delivery, FOR ANY REASON, no refund will be made. * We must receive an e-mail notification to blueorca@sbcglobal.net, within 1 hours of the delivery, that a fish arrived DOA(Dead On Arrival). * We will require picture of dead fish with the tail cut off and send to blueorca@sbcglobal.net or we might require you to send the dead fish back to us. If you disposed the fish. Guarantee automatic void.
We do not guarantee and will make NO refund for:
* Fish that are delivered, but are not immediately opened, acclimated and released. * Shipments that are incorrectly delivered due to incorrect information being provided on the initial order. * Fish that die as a result of where the delivery is delayed for one day or more. * Shipments arrived and no one to pickup/sign at the door.
