To receive a refund, ALL the following criteria MUST be met:
* The fish must have died prior to delivery. If a fish dies after the delivery, FOR ANY REASON, no refund will be made.
* We must receive an e-mail notification to blueorca@sbcglobal.net, within 1 hours of the delivery, that a fish arrived DOA(Dead On Arrival).
* We will require picture of dead fish with the tail cut off and send to blueorca@sbcglobal.net or we might require you to send the dead fish back to us. If you disposed the fish. Guarantee automatic void.
