I just purchased 3 flowerhorns about 3-4" long

1- Faded Red Golden Monkey

1 - Platinum Silver Koomang

1 - Red Kamalau Monster KOK

anyone have experience with these? what can i expect?, this is my first time purchasing fish that will be shipped to me, do i have anything to worry about? or are these types of purchase pretty routine?

You ordered these from http://www.somethingsphishy.com/ I suggest you cancel your order and get a refund. Somethings Phishy is the worst place online to order Flowerhorn or Discus from. You will receive crappy fish that more than likely will not survive the trip. There customer service is terrible and rude and no matter what they will not refund your dead fish.

If they will not cancel your order and refund you then take it up with Paypal if you paid that way.

Damn! thanks, can anyone reccommend a good reputable company that sells good flowerhorns? or am i just waisting my time?

In the US you have Julie Tran, Tuan N, and a few others.

Julie Tran should be getting more fish in in a week or so, she gets hers from overseas and is the best in US. She usually has good Flowerhorn at cheap prices but she sold out of those a few days ago.

You also have Tuan who gets his from Vietnam but his are a little more pricey but good quality.

Yes good save Chris, i purchased a beautiful King Pearl from Tuan, great price for the quality fish, this fish is amazing!!!!!!, ill receive it on Tuesday, im stoked, will deff post pics.. i really appreciate you guys jumping on this before i made a mistake, this is a great communty and i appreciate you all.
