They're effective...against last years strain. But since the flu virus changes every year you'll still be susceptible to the strain that everyone will be passing around.

One of the worst things you can do is get a flu shot.

I haven't even had a minor cold in half a decade. I just wash my hands frequently, take a lot of vitamin C, and get plenty of sleep.

I want one. Was suppose to get one last week but got a small cold(irony).

This week I'm getting an iron shot. So, the plan is to get one next week.

Lol, I remember years ago getting a flu despite getting a shot before. However since I was having a flu every year for the previous 15 years(when I had both) I've made sure I've gotten a shot the last 3 years and have only gotten the flu once since then

I chose to not get it... I'm finally recovering from my 3rd time this season getting the flu, I think I should of gotten it.
