I noticed yesterday that I was missing one of my yellow GloFish. I just assumed he was eaten by my electric blue dempsey or frontosa, but it turned out to be my fat little knight gobie.
I was standing in front of the tank when I saw him poop and it was trailing glowing green liquid like a glow stick! He did it three times...
I looked up info on the bioluminescence of the GloFish. I read that natural compounds such as these can be excreted in feces and urine when ingested, but I have never seen anything like it!
Funniest thing I've ever seen...as far as fish go!
