"fluorescent" wild northern pike caught

Apparently caught and then released in Great Slave Lake, North West Territory, Canada. It is the deepest lake in North America. They took some pics and released the fish.

I know this is a veryyyy old thread but is it possible this is an effect of dyeing worms and other baits many people do it to make them more visible if the dye can color the worms I dont see why it could not do the same to a pike
