Fluval 103

Will a fluval 103 be enough filtration for a 29 gallon? I have one yellow lab cichlid in it right now. Also, how many of these can I put in my tank? I am thinking of just getting one more cichlid, but I am unsure.

You might want to add a small HOB. You could add another fish.

That was my problem. I dont want to under filter, but a filter rated for 30 gallons is a mere 47 gph more. Can that really mean that much?
