Fluval 405 question NEEEDD HELP ASAP!!!!

Ok so I got the fluval 405 and WELL it's too tall for my stand. Here are the issues. I don't have any room to pull the tank out from the wall, so I drilled as high as I could into the stand to run the tubes, now there is a slight bend in the tube but it's not drooping. In the setup pictures it says some slack is fine but no loops. Is a slight bend in the tube to the canister really a problem? When i say slight it's really minor, but its not straight up and down like the fluval picture shows.

Please help me asap before I drill an un needed hole into the tank stand.

mine have a slight bend in them where the hose hits the top of my stand right outa the valves it should be fine youl be able to tel if its resctricted
