Does anyone have one of these? I just got it and for the life of me can't get it to work. We plugged it in and you can't feel or hear it on. Anyone have this problem?

Yeah we pumped it with the little tab and then plugged it in. It says if it doesn't start right away keep pumping. I just bought it from Petsmart. I'm thinking its broken and I'll have to actually call Hagen company tomorrow.
you have to pump it until air begins to come out of the return, once it does wait until it stops then pump it again to make sure all the water is out.
I found out why.... The little propeller is missing. So I will be calling someone tomorrow.... Thanks everyone you guys are the best!
