I have done alot of research and I have found that this type of filtration is neccessary for healthy fish. Besides they say there's no such thing as overfiltration. Being honest I love these fish and I want them to feel like they are in the wild so they can act as natural as possible. I guess I want them to fell at home in my home.

Over kill is the way to go! i have a turn over rate of 1000gph turning the tank over 18.1818181818 an hour. the tank is barely EVER dirty
