Fluval Edge 12 gallon. Stocking?

Got a used 12 gallon fluval edge real cheap.

Not sure what I'll make it into.
Open for suggestions.

Thinking shrimp and some nano fish,
Question is what fish.
I have heater for it, added a 3d background, added some plant substrate and white sand on top of that.

Also going to add a bunch of mini Java ferns. Maybe some stones, not sure about driftwood.

How about a couple of endlers guppy with the cherry shrimps?

I love corys. Must be the Pygmy ones in this tank. Maybe some pencil fish tetras as well.

But cherry shrimp as feeders for my puffers and bush fish is very tempting.

Only thing that's stopping me is if I add a fish one kind they won't breed.

Oto's are really the only thing 100% shrimp safe. I have 12 cherry's with two oto's in my 6 gallon.

If it were my tank I would go with a trio of otos, a small school of T. Espei, and some cherry shrimp.
