Yesterday, as the title says, my FX5 stopped after just 2 years. The motor is completely dead. My questions are: Does Fluval customer service assist in repair of filters? What is the procedure for returning an item for repair? What should I expect when I call the company this week? Has anyone had this problem before and what might be the cause of the motor stopping? I've ordered another FX5 from ebay. It should arrive Wednesday. Thanks in advance.
