Fluval fx6 filter

I'm new to the forum but have been keeping aquariums for years, I currently have two fluval fx6 tanks on a 125 gallon goldfish tank but the outlet nozzles keeps falling off. I have tried to zip tie them but no luck. Have any of you encountered this problem and do you have any tips on how to correct it?

Never used any fx filter befor so not entirely sure of the problem is it push fit to a rubber pipe if not you could try super glue that might fix it.

Use super glue or water weld by jb weld... it’s aquariums safe and drys under water like epoxy I use it in saltwater for years
